Information on this website

This website provides general information about the Plum Grove Police Department. It is provided as-is and may change without notice. It is not legal advice and creates no rights or obligations beyond those provided by law.

Secure signing links

• A signing link is issued to one specific person for one specific timesheet and one action (sign, or approve / return). Use it only if it was sent to you. Do not forward it.
• A link works once and expires. If it has expired, been used, been withdrawn, or the timesheet changed after it was sent, the page says so and nothing is recorded — ask the sender for a new link.
• Signing is done by drawing your signature. A typed name is not accepted. Your signature applies to the version of the timesheet shown.
• The signing site does not sign you in to any department system and gives no access to anything other than the one timesheet.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access information you are not authorized to see, to guess or alter links, to disrupt the service, or to impersonate anyone. Such attempts are recorded and may be referred for investigation and prosecution.
